He currently serves as the general manager of the Capital Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd., and is a director of SAIC Motor.
Chen Naiwei, male, born in August 1957, is a member of the Jiusan Society. With a postgraduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law, Chen used to be the dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Law School, a senior partner at Shanghai-based AllBright Law Offices, a professor at the Law School of Fudan University, and executive dean of the Fudan Shanghai Advanced Institute of Lawyers. He is currently chairman of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Intellectual Property Society, chairman of the board of supervisors of the Shanghai Arbitration Association, vice-president of the Shanghai Services Federation, external director of Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. and is an independent director of SAIC Motor.
Sun Zheng, male, born in December 1957, is a member of the CPC and holds a doctorate in economics. Sun once served as vice-president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and director of the university's academic committee, dean of the SUFE Business School, and member of the China Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Sun is now a senior professor at SUFE and independent director of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
Song Xiaoyan, female, born in October 1972, is a member of the CPC. She holds a doctorate in law and is a professor. Song is currently the dean of the School of Law and a doctoral advisor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She serves as a member of the National Law Master Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, vice-president of the International Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, vice-president of the China Securities Law Research Association, chair of the International Financial Law Professional Committee of the International Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, vice-president of the Financial Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society, and vice-president of the Shanghai Arbitration Association. Additionally, she is a legal advisor to the Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee, the Pudong New Area People's Government and the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee. She is also a member of the Review Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, an arbitrator for the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and for the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and is an independent director of SAIC Motor.

He also served as secretary of the Party Committee of the Headquarters Division of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Party Committee Office and Manager of the Compliance Department of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Hua was also deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd., secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd. Additionally, he served as secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and chairman of the company's Labor Union. He worked as deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd.
