Wang Xiaoqiu, male, born in August 1964, is a member of the CPC. Wang is a senior engineer (professor level) with a doctorate in engineering. He once served as division manager and deputy general manager of the quality assurance department at Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Shanghai Automobile Industry Quality Supervision Center, deputy director of the Shanghai Automobile Industry Technical Center, deputy general manager of Shanghai KSPG Nonferrous Components Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd., general manager and Party secretary of SAIC Motor Yizheng Co., general manager of SAIC Motor Automobile Manufacturing Co., executive director of the purchasing department of SAIC Motor, general manager of the Passenger Vehicle Branch of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of the SAIC passenger vehicle branch, and general manager and deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. He also worked as deputy chief economist of SAIC Motor, general manager of Shanghai General Motors Corporation Limited, vice president of SAIC Motor, general manager of the company's passenger vehicle branch and director of its technical center, and director, president and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor. He currently serves as chairman and Party secretary of SAIC Motor.

Jia Jianxu, male, born in February 1978, is a member of the CPC and has an MBA degree. He previously served as deputy general manager and executive deputy general manager of Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Company, deputy general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of SAIC Luxembourg, deputy general manager of SAIC Europe, deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Industry (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd., general manager of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. and general manager of Shanghai Industrial Traffic Electric Co., Ltd., vice-president of SAIC Motor and general manager and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. He currently serves as director, president and deputy Party secretary of SAIC Motor.

Ge Dawei, male, born in January 1963, is a member of the CPC. Ge holds a doctorate in economics. He once served as secretary-general of the Party Committee of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, deputy director of the Shanghai Financial Services Office, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Financial Work Committee, deputy Party secretary and deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, deputy Party secretary of and vice chairman of Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and Party secretary and vice chairman of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd.. He is currently vice-president and secretary-general of the Shanghai State-owned Enterprise Corporate Governance Association and is a director of SAIC Motor.

Huang Jian, male, born in August 1969, is a member of the CPC. He is a senior accountant with an MBA degree. Huang was previously the manager of the Finance Management Department of the Finance and Accounting Division of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, vice-president and head of the Finance and Accounting Department of COSCO Logistics (Americas) Inc., CFO of COSCO Americas Inc., deputy general manager of Finance and Accounting Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, and deputy general manager of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as the general manager of the Capital Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd., and is a director of SAIC Motor.

Chen Naiwei, male, born in August 1957, is a member of the Jiusan Society. With a postgraduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law, Chen used to be the dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Law School, a senior partner at Shanghai-based AllBright Law Offices, a professor at the Law School of Fudan University, and executive dean of the Fudan Shanghai Advanced Institute of Lawyers. He is currently chairman of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Intellectual Property Society, chairman of the board of supervisors of the Shanghai Arbitration Association, vice-president of the Shanghai Services Federation, external director of Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. and is an independent director of SAIC Motor.

Sun Zheng, male, born in December 1957, is a member of the CPC and holds a doctorate in economics. Sun once served as vice-president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and director of the university's academic committee, dean of the SUFE Business School, and member of the China Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Sun is now a senior professor at SUFE and independent director of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.

Song Xiaoyan, female, born in October 1972, is a member of the CPC. She holds a doctorate in law and is a professor. Song is currently the dean of the School of Law and a doctoral advisor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She serves as a member of the National Law Master Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, vice-president of the International Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, vice-president of the China Securities Law Research Association, chair of the International Financial Law Professional Committee of the International Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, vice-president of the Financial Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society, and vice-president of the Shanghai Arbitration Association. Additionally, she is a legal advisor to the Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee, the Pudong New Area People's Government and the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee. She is also a member of the Review Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, an arbitrator for the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and for the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and is an independent director of SAIC Motor.

Hua Ende, male, born in August 1976, is a member of the CPC. Hua, an MBA graduate, holds a postgraduate degree and is an engineer. Previously, he served as secretary of the Youth League Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. He also served as secretary of the Party Committee of the Headquarters Division of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Party Committee Office and Manager of the Compliance Department of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Hua was also deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd., secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd. Additionally, he served as secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and chairman of the company's Labor Union. He worked as deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. He also once served as director of the Board Office and deputy chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Motor, and board secretary of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group). He currently serves as employee representative director and deputy chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
